(ВНИГРИуголь) Угольная сырьевая база России: перспективы развития добычи по основным направлениям использования Рассмотрено состояние сырьевой базы коксующихся и энергетических углей России, в том числе запасов распределенного и нераспределенного фондов недр. Отслежена роль угля в структуре топливно-энергетического баланса страны за 1980–2009 г. Прогнозируется, что общее количество запасов кат. А+В+С1, которое должно быть подготовлено к 2030 г. для промышленного освоения (без запасов Канско-Ачинского бассейна), должно составить не менее 2,9 млрд. т. Оценка состояния ресурсов и добычи коксующихся углей выполнена с использованием критериев оптимальности. Показано, что структура марочного состава коксующихся углей распределенного и нераспределенного фонда не соответствует расчетно-оптимальной. На протяжении ряда лет имеет место несбалансированность производства углей ценных марок по отношению к расчетно-обоснованной их добыче. Особенно остро ощущается дефицит углей марок К+КЖ, КО+ОС и Ж. В ближайшей и среднесрочной перспективе коксохимическое производство в достаточном объеме может развиваться на сырьевой базе углей Кузнецкого, Южно-Якутского, Печорского и Улугхемского бассейнов. Coal raw material base of Russia: prospects for development of extraction on main directions of use The condition of raw material base of coking and power supply coals of Russia, including reserves of distributed and non-distributed earth depths fund is considered. The role of coal in the structure of fuel-energy balance of the country during last years (1980-2009) is traced back. It is forecasted that total amount of reserves of categories A+B+C1 that has to be prepared until year 2030 for industrial assimilation (excluding resources of the Kansk-Achinsk basin) must make not less than 2.9 billion t. The estimate of condition of resources and mining of coking coals has been executed with use of the optimum criteria. The structure of the grade composition of coking coals of distributed and non-distributed fund does not correspond to the rated-optimal one. For the space of a number of years there takes place non-balanced state of production of coals of valuable marks, in relation to rated-substantiated mining of them. The most acute is felt shortage of coals of marks K+KЖ, KO+OС and Ж. In the nearest and middle-term prospect, the coke-chemistry production in sufficient volume can be developed on the raw material base of the Kuznetski, South-Yakutian, Pechora and Ulug-Hem basins. (ФГУГП «Запсибгеолсъемка») Состояние и проблемы минерально-сырьевой базы каменного угля Кузбасса и пути повышения эффективности ее использования Показано, что за 15 лет объем добычи угля в Кузбассе увеличился почти в 2 раза (с 90 до 174 млн. т). Правительством РФ поставлена задача по увеличению до 2020 г. объема годовой угледобычи в Кузнецком бассейне на 100 млн. т к современному уровню. Комплекс мер, направленных на реализацию этой задачи, включает в себя: проведение систематических геологических исследований угленосных отложений; ревизию объектов нераспределенного фонда недр с «раскройкой» перспективных угленосных площадей и подготовку на этой основе программа лицензирования; ускорение работ по организации добычи метана из угольных пластов; комплексное использование металлоносных углей. Condition and problems of the mineral raw material base of stone coal of Kuzbas and ways of increase of effectiveness of its use It is shown that in 15 years, the amount of coal mined in Kuzbass increased almost twice (from 90 to 174 million tons). Government of the Russian Federation plane to increase it by 100 million tons to 2020 from the current level of annual coal production in Kuznetsk Basin. The latest is to be done by implications of the following measures systematic geological surveys of coal-bearing sediments; audit of the undistributed fund objects with the following laying-out of promising coal-bearing areas and development of the licensing programs on its basis; acceleration of methane extraction from coal beds; comprehensive use of metal-bearing coals. (ВНИГРИуголь) Состояние геологической изученности и перспективы освоения ресурсов горючих сланцев европейской части России Охарактеризовано состояние изученности месторождений горючих сланцев в европейской части России. Определены критерии оценки промышленной значимости месторождений горючих сланцев и на основе геолого-промышленного анализа выбраны объекты, наиболее перспективные для постановки геологоразведочных работ и для лицензирования в Прибалтийском, Вычегодском, Тимано-Печорском, Центральном и Волжском бассейнах. Рассмотрены перспективы использования горючих сланцев как комплексного сырья для энергетики, химии, стройиндустрии, медицины, сельского хозяйства. Condition of geological study and prospects of assimilation of resources of oil shales at the еuropean part of Russia The condition of study of the oil shale deposits in European part of Russia has been considered. The criteria for estimation of industrial significance of oil shale deposits have been determined, and, on the base of geological-industrial analysis, the most promising objects for arrangement of geological-prospecting works in the Baltic, Vychegda, Timan-Pechora, Central and Volga basins have been selected. The prospects for use of oil shale as an all-embracing raw material for power supply, chemistry, building industry, medicine, agriculture have been considered. (Департамент по недропользованию по ЮФО) Правовое обеспечение разработки техногенных месторождений угольного ряда Рассмотрены вопросы использования углепромышленных отходов в различных отраслях промышленности в качестве комплексного техногенного минерального сырья. Показано, что проблемой хозяйственного освоения техногенных месторождений угольного ряда является отсутствие четкой правовой, в том и числе законодательной, а также нормативно-методической базы. Обоснована необходимость внесения дополнений в действующее законодательство и соответствующие подзаконные акты с целью их актуализации, разработки и утверждения необходимых нормативных и методических документов, предложен их примерный перечень. Legal ensuring of mining of technogenous mineral deposits of coal row In the paper, there are considered questions of coal-mining waste using in various branches of industry as a complex technogenous mineral raw material. The authors have shown that the problem of economic assimilation of technogenous deposits of coal row is in absence of clear legal, including legislative, and also normative-methodical base. In the paper, the necessity of introduction of amendments into active legislation and corresponding tributary acts with purpose of their actualization, elaboration and confirmation is substantiated, their approximate list is proposed. (АЛТАЙНЕДРА) ПРОБЛЕМЫ ОСВОЕНИЯ И ВОСПРОИЗВОДСТВА УГОЛЬНОЙ СЫРЬЕВОЙ БАЗЫ АЛТАЙСКОГО КРАЯ В результате геологоразведочных работ выделен ряд угленосных площадей верхнепалеозойской, мезозойской и кайнозойской формационной принадлежности, из которых в настоящее время имеют практическое значение каменные угли (2Т) Успенско-Раздольнинской площади и бурые угли (2Б) Неня-Чумышской впадины. Перспективы Неня-Чумышской впадины с прогнозными ресурсами 1823,3 млн. т связаны с расположенными на ее бортах Караганской и Шабуровской площадями. К наиболее перспективным отнесено Шабуровское углепроявление с оцененными прогнозными ресурсами кат. Р1 в 397 млн. т, примыкающее с северо-востока к разрабатываемому Мунайскому месторождению. Problems of assimilation and reproduction of coal raw material base of the Altay region As a result of the geological-prospecting works, there has been allotted a number of coal-bearing areas of upper-Paleozoic, Mesozoic and Cenozoic formational appertaining, of which at present time have practical significance stone coals (hard coal) of the Uspensko-Razdolnenskaya area and brown coals of the Nenya-Chumysh hollow. The prospects of the Nenya-Chumysh hollow with prognostic resources 1426.3 million t are connected with placed at its sides Karagan and Shaburovo areas. To the most promising there is attributed the Shaburovo coal manifestation with estimated prognostic resources of the P category of 397 million t, attached from the north-east to the worked Muinak coalfield. Khrustalyova G.K. Some aspects of the problem of sulphurous oil shales Annotation УДК 553.983+661.21.46© Хрусталёва Г.К., 2010 Хрусталёва Г.К. (ВНИГРИуголь) Некоторые аспекты проблемы сернистых горючих сланцев Рассмотрены закономерности распределения серы в горючих сланцах, геологические предпосылки, обусловившие их высокую общую сернистость, направление использования сернистых сланцев; ресурсы серы в них. Возможными путями высокой концентрации серы в горючих сланцах провинции могут быть прижизненное (конституционное) накопление ее организмами-сланцеобразователями и вторичное происхождение в результате восстановления сульфатов в анаэробных условиях сульфатвосстанавливающими бактериями. Основными геологическими предпосылками, обусловившими высокую общую сернистость горючих сланцев, является высокая биологическая продуктивность бассейна седиментации, сульфатный палеосостав морских вод в волжский век и благоприятные физико-химические условия среды фоссилизации органического вещества. Some aspects of the problem of sulphurous oil shales In this article we considered the regularities of sulfur distribution in oil shale; the geological conditions which led to high overall sulfur content of oil shale; the direction of sulfurous shale use; the sulfur resources of oil shale. The possible reasons of sulfur high concentration in province oil shale may be the following: its in vivo (constitutional) accumulation by organisms-shaleformers, and secondary origin as a result of sulfates reduction by sulfate-reducing bacteria in anaerobic conditions. The great bulk of the sulfur compounds forms during the geological history of the layer. The main geological prerequisites that caused the high overall sulfur content of oil shale are the following: high biological productivity basin sedimentation, sulfate paleostructure of marine waters during the Volga Century and favorable physical and chemical environmental conditions of organic matter fossilization. (Южный федеральный университет) ФАКТОРЫ КЛАССИФИКАЦИИ ЭЛЕМЕНТОВ-ПРИМЕСЕЙ В УГЛЯХ ВОСТОЧНОГО ДОНБАССА Использование ископаемых углей только как топлива уже не отвечает требованиям современной экономики. Наиболее перспективным следует признать путь комплексного энерготехнологического использования углей, при котором элементы-примеси в углях приобретают значение нетрадиционного сырьевого источника. Кроме того, полнота использования углей является необходимостью не только экономической, но и экологической. В связи с этим настоятельно требуется теоретическое и экспериментальное изучение особенностей поведения элементов-примесей в процессах торфонакопления, углеобразования, эпигенеза, технологических схемах обогащения и утилизации углей и их отходов. Выделяется ряд эмпирических, геолого-генетических и технологических факторов, управляющих ассоциативным поведением элементов-примесей в углях. Factors of classification of the admixture elements in coals of Eastern Donbas The use of coal only as a fuel no longer meets the requirements of modern economy. The most promising way should be recognized is the complex energy and technology using of coals where impurity elements take on the significance of non-traditional source of raw materials. Besides the fullness of coal is necessary for both economic and environmental. In this regard theoretical and experimental study of the behavior of impurity elements in the processes of peat accumulation, coal formation, epigenesis, flowsheets for the enrichment and utilization of coal and waste are urgently needed. A number of empiric, geological and genetic, technological factors and processes controlling behavior of trace elements in coals have been identified. (ВНИГРИуголь) Методические принципы геолого-экономической переоценки угольных объектов нераспределенного фонда недр России Изложены основные принципы и положения методики геолого-экономической переоценки угольных объектов нераспределенного фонда недр России, разработанной во ВНИГРИуголь с целью выявления запасов объектов, перспективных для геологического изучения и возможного освоения, определения их промышленной и экономической значимости при современных технологиях извлечения и обогащения, существующей конъюнктуре рынка углей, действующих ценах, нормативах, транспортных тарифах. Обоснована необходимость выполнения геолого-экономической переоценки объектов нераспределенного фонда недр. Methodical principles of geological-economical reestimation of coal objects of undistributed subsoil fund of Russia In the paper, the main principles and positions of the methodology of the geological-economical re-estimation of coal objects of non-distributed subsoil fund of Russia developed in the VNIGRIugol with the purpose of revealing of reserves of objects, prospective for geological study and possible use, determination of their industrial and economic importance by modern technologies of extraction and benefaction, existing conjuncture of coal market, actual prices, restrictions, transportation taxes are considered. The necessity of fulfillment of geological-economical re-estimation of coal objects of non-distributed subsoil fund is substantiated. The stages of re-estimation are considered, a brief characteristic of the researches executed at each stage is given. Дан анализ результатов поисковых и оценочных работ на уголь, выполненных за счет средств федерального бюджета в 2005–2009 гг. Рассмотрены задачи геологоразведочных работ на уголь этого периода, показано распределение объемов финансирования и полученных приростов запасов и прогнозных ресурсов углей по направлениям их использования и федеральным округам, отмечены основные недостатки методического характера при выполнении поисковых и оценочных работ на уголь. (ИМГРЭ) Редкометалльно-угольные месторождения Приморья Произведена оценка рудных концентраций и прогнозных ресурсов редких и ценных элементов в углях Павловского, Шкотовского, Бикинского, Раковского буроугольных месторождений Приморского края. Прирост прогнозных ресурсов германия в углях изученных месторождений нераспределенного фонда недр составил 2 тыс. т. Выполнена стоимостная оценка прогнозных ресурсов редких металлов в углях. Оценены ресурсы редких и ценных элементов в золошлакоотвалах теплоэлектростанций Приморья. Дан прогноз, приведены перечень и характеристика новых перспективных редкометалльно-угольных объектов Приморья. Показано, что металлоносные угли изученных месторождений Приморья являются уникальным рудным комплексным сырьем на ряд ценных металлов. Rare metal-coal deposits of the Primorye The estimation of ore concentration and look-ahead resources of rare and valuable elements of coals Pavlovsky, Shkotovsky, Bikinsky, Rakovsky of brawn coal deposits of Primorski Territory is made. The increase of look-ahead resources Ge in coals of the studied deposits of unallotted fund of interior has made 2 thousand tons. The cost estimation of look-ahead resources of rare metals in coals is executed. The estimation of resources of rare and valuable elements in ashes and slag of thermal power stations of Primorski region is carried out. The forecast, the list and the characteristic of new perspective coal objects with rare metals of Primorski Region are given. Metalliferous coals of the studied deposits of Primorski Region of Russia are unique ore complex raw materials on a number of valuable metals. Выявлены особенности минерального состава их неорганического вещества, определены минеральные фазы пелитовой размерности, уточнены формы нахождения некоторых редких элементов в веществе углей. (СПбГГИ) Особенности углей для получения суспензионного топлива по данным изучения их надмолекулярной структуры Рассматривается формирование угольных суспензий с позиций результатов фундаментальных исследований макромолекулярной и надмолекулярной структуры углей в нанометрическом масштабном интервале – строение и изменчивость нанопор и микропор, изменение их строения и величины их поверхности при геологической и технологической нагрузке и разгрузке. Изучены кинематика и термодинамика процессов, позволяющие разрабатывать технологию реализации суспензионного топлива. The kinematics and thermodynamics of the processes, allowing to elaborate the technology of realization of the suspension fuel is studied. (ВСЕГЕИ) Контактовый метаморфизм углей Тунгусского и Таймырского бассейнов Контактовый метаморфизм – весь комплекс изменений углей и вмещающих пород, обусловленный тепловым, динамическом и эманационным воздействием интрузий изверженных пород на угленосные отложения. Выделяется ряд контактово-метаморфизованных углей от длиннопламенных контактовых (Дк) до контактовых антрацитов (Ак), непосредственно вблизи интрузий выделяются природный кокс, сажистый уголь, графит. От изометаморфных углей регионального ряда контактовые угли отличаются полным отсутствием спекаемости и коксуемости, пониженным выходом летучих веществ, более высокой действительной плотностью, часто меньшими значениями теплоты сгорания и содержания углерода, и повышенными – влажности, пористости и содержания кислорода. Накладываясь на исходную метаморфическую зональность, контактовый метаморфизм определяет конечный результат распределения углей различного качества в пределах Тунгусского и Таймырского бассейнов. Contact metamorphism of coals in the Tunguska and Taimyr basins Contact metamorphism is a whole complex of both coal and host rock alteration, originating from thermal, dynamic, and emanation influence of igneous rock’s intrusions on coal-bearing deposits. There are a number of contact-metamorphic coals, ranging from free-burning coal to contact anthracite; natural coke, soot coal, and graphite can be found next to intrusions. Contact coal differs from isometamorphic coal of regional series by total absence of sinterability and coking power, reduced show of volatile matter, higher true density, often by lower calorific value and carbon content, as well as by higher moisture, porosity, and oxygen content. Being superimposed on an initial metamorphic zonation, contact metamorphism defines a final result of different quality coal distribution within Tungus and Taimyr basins. В ней отражены достижения института по изучению минерально-сырьевой базы редких металлов в прошлом, настоящем и будущем. Редкие металлы – ключевые материалы современной техники: от телекоммуникационных средств связи и компьютеров до альтернативных источников энергии и нанотехнологий. Перспективным направлением изучения и воспроизводства минерально-сырьевой базы редких металлов в институте является углубленная переоценка месторождений с учетом инновационных технологий добычи и переработки руд, что обеспечит повышение их конкурентоспособности и инвестиционной привлекательности. Развитие производства редких металлов в России на базе собственного сырья позволит сделать качественный рывок в развитии высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности. IMGRE The rare metals: past, present, future The paper is dedicated to the 105 anniversary of the founder and the first director of IMGRE K.A. Vlasov. It reflects the achievements of the Institute in the studies of rare-element mineral resources base in the past, the present and the future. Rare elements are key materials in modern technologies ranging from telecommunication and computers to alternative sources of energy and nanotechnology. A promising direction of the studies and reproduction of mineral resources of rare elements carried out in the Institute is deeper reappraisal of mineral deposits with taking into account the innovation technologies of extraction and processing of ores, thus increasing their competitiveness and investment potential. Development of rare-metal production in Russia on the basis of home raw materials will make possible a break-through in the development of branches of industry based on high technology.
