TECHNOGENIC MINERAL RAW MATERIALS — AS A SUB-INDUSTRY OF THE MINERAL RESOURCE BASE ENSURING NATIONAL ECONOMIC SECURITY

Technogenic mineral resources are a significant reserve of national economic security. The priority measures are proposed for the legislative establishment of the status of technogenic mineral resources and technogenic mineral deposits, the need for R&D in the scientific and technical direction — technogenic mineral raw materials.

ANALYSIS OF NEW DISCOVERIES OF URANIUM DEPOSITS OF «UNCONFORMITY» TYPE ATHABASCA TROUGHS (SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA)

The analysis and summarize of the successful experience of prospecting for concealed uranium deposits of the «unconformity» type in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan province (Canada) is carried out. The geological characteristics and a brief history of the discovery of such deposits are presented on the basis of published reports of companies engaged in prospecting and exploration of these deposits. It is concluded that the success of the prospecting is due to a complex of methodological and organizational factors. Recommendations for changing some methodological approaches in the organization of domestic exploration practice are given.

PREDICTION OF ORE-MAGMATIC SYSTEMS BASED ON AIRBORNE GEOPHYSICAL DATA IN THE GEOLOGICAL ADDITIONAL EXPLORATION OF AREAS-200

The article shows a methodical approach of prediction for structures of copper-porphyry type, based on the spatial relationship between the occurrence of areal metasomatic changes and radiogeochemical specialization of the rocks, on the example of an extensive factual material obtained as a result of an integrated airborne geophysical survey at a scale of 1:50 000, as part of the Geological Additional Exploration of Areas-200 on the Rassoshinskaya area (The Sakha Republic (Yakutia)). The methodical approach of prediction bases on a model of the radiogeochemical zonality of copperporphyry systems, which is indicated in the fine structure of gamma-spectrometric fields. On the factual material the authors substantiate the necessity of including a set of ground geophysical and geochemical methods in the practice of works in the Geological Additional Exploration of Areas-200, which allows to significantly increase the reliability of the predictive conclusions.

PHASES AND METHODOLOGY OF ENGINEERING GEOECOLOGICAL INVESTIGATON FOR JUSTIFICATION OF PRODUCED WATER BURIAL INTO DEEP LEVEL

Sequential flow process of involvement of new objects into system of monitoring of depths’condition has been considered. Suggestion for setting up engineering geoecological phases has been made. Phase I — conducting departmental monitoring that consist of two independent types: geoecological audit (assessment of current condition of engineering geological and geoecological conditions of the object of investigation) and site monitoring (setup landfill for underground burial and maintain departmental monitoring). Phase II — adaptation of existing landfill for involvement it into the system of state monitoring. Accordingly, both monitoring has its objectives and goals as well as solution techniques.

ON THE RESULTS OF STUDYING THE PROPERTIES OF BITUMЕN-OIL MIXTURES FOR COLUMN REPAIR OF THREADED CONNECTIONS OF POLYMER PIPES OF TECHNOLOGICAL WELLS OF UNDERGROUND LEACHING OF URANIUM

The operation of uranium SVE technology wells is accompanied by the impact of various loads on the operating columns of polymeric materials: dynamic, static, temperature, etc. Exposure to such loads in some cases can lead to the destruction of the ordinal compounds of casing pipes and the flow of working solutions through the encased area of such wells. This study is carried out in order to determine the possibilities of using bitumen-oil mixtures for well repair in order to eliminate detected flow.

SLUDGE TRANSFER BY UPWARD AND HORIZONTAL FLOW OF FLUSHING FLUID

The article discusses the interaction of the flow of flushing fluid and sludge particles in both upward and horizontal flows. The forces acting on the sludge particle at different directions of the fluid flow are shown. The mechanism of the transfer of sludge particles along the horizontal section of the wellbore is considered.

АNALYSIS OF THE ERROR IN ESTIMATING THE RESERVES OF GOLD DEPOSITS

The work is devoted to determining the actual errors in the estimation of reserves in the explored gold deposits. For their calculation, an algorithm based on the analysis of the characteristics of the variability of the grade of the component in the exploration samples is proposed. The margin of error was estimated for category C1 reserves. The research results show that the relative standard error in determining the average grades in blocks comparable to the annual production capacity of the enterprise for large and medium-sized deposits is 10–15 %; for small objects, it can increase up to 30 %.

QUARTZ SANDS AS AN OBJECT OF DIFFERENTIATION OF SUBJECTS OF MANAGEMENT IN THE MODERN SUBSURFACE USE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In the subsoil for economic growth of Russian regions are encouraged to use the resources of the minerals on the basis of additional accrual of subjects relating to the jurisdiction of the Federal bodies of Executive power. The transfer of certain types of minerals to the category of «common» will allow dividing the economy of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and more actively using the mineral resources on their territory. This is important for the formation of a large number of agglomerations. This is evidenced by the experience of the Moscow region, where glass and molding quartz Sands were first introduced into the list of common minerals. Currently, it is premature to introduce an updated list in The law of the Russian Federation «on subsoil».

MINING PROTECTION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONSISTENT MINES

The basic scientific and practical results of underground development of the accompanying ore and non-metallic minerals on the examples of decorative jaspils and gray granites in the energy-disturbed rock zones on the iron and manganese-ore posits of Kryvorizhsky Iron and Ore and Nyzognoznogo-Ore deposits are presented. The innovative technologies of extraction of decorative jaspils are offered by a floor-chamber system in rocks of the lying side and gray granites — a chamber-pillar system for non-metallic deposits on their extension by monolithic blocks.
