INTRATELLURIC CRITERIA OF KIMBERLITE MAGMATISM OF THE YAKUT DIAMONDIFEROUS AREA FROM THE POSITION OF THE NONLINEAR GEOLOGY
In the following work there has been performed analysis of the intratelluric criteria of kimberlite magmatism that were previously diagnosed within the borders of the Vilyui-Markhinsky interstream area of the Yakut diamondiferous province. The hierarchically developed (fractal-type) destructive structures of the upper and middle parts of the earth crust in the interstream zone have been determined and described. The research also shows the regional-genetic connection between these structures and collision zones that devide the Magansky, Markhinsky and Daldynsky terrains of the Siberian platform foundation. The kimberlite volcanism is conditioned by the strike-slip tectogenesis manifested in the collision zones in the periods of the platform tectonomagmatic activation. The author suggests that the destructive structures of the crust should be regarded as mineragenetic diamond prospective zones and their components should be taken as areas prospective for search out for kimberlite fie.

BLAGORODNOMETALLNY MINERALIZATION OF DEPOSITS AND ORE OCCURRENCE COPPER MOLYBDENUM — A PORPHYRITIC FORMATION OF THE UPPER PRIAMURYE (FAR EAST, RUSSIA)
From deposits of a porphyritic ore formation are distinguished copper and porphyritic, gold and copper and porphyritic and copper molybdenum — porphyritic types. They differ in various content of copper, molybdenum, silver, gold, platinoids in ores and sulphidic associations. At formation of maternal subvolcanic granitoid magmatic bodies there was a dispersion of precious metals in different types of the arising breeds. Autometasomatic processes of acid leaching of diorites, porfirit, granodiorit, granodiorit-porphyries and plagiogranit (seritsitization) led to insignificant accumulation of precious metals in products of a metasomatoz. The hydrothermal processes of an okvartsevaniye and sulfidization of magmatic breeds only finishing provided rich concentration of precious metals in zones of a metasomatoz. At evolution of porphyritic magmo-fluid columns there was an enrichment precious metals of their apikalny parts and there were subvolcanic gold and copper and porphyritic deposits with the accompanying elements of platinum group. Regions of a paleoriftogenez and the tektono-magmatic activization (TMA) with such subsurface manifestations of porphyritic intrusions of ostrovoduzhny type also are the most perspective on search of industrial complex blagorodnometallny mineralization.

RESEARCH OF ORE CONTROL FACTORS OF COMPLEX ORE MINING ON THE BASIS OF NEW REMOTE SENSING MATERIALS ON THE EXAMPLE OF KOYTASH INTRUSIVE (MOUNTAINS NORTH NURATAU)
The article presents data on the study of ore-controlling factors of complex mineralization based on new materials of remote sensing of the Earth using the example of the Koytash intrusive complex (North Nuratau Mountain), which can be used for forecast and search purposes based on geochemical, geophysical, and space-structural data.

STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF QUARTZ FROM URANIUM DEPOSIT STOLBOVOE (BY DATA OF ELECTRONIC PARAMAGNETIC RESONANCE)
The EPR method revealed the presence of structural defects of genetic significance in the fine-grained quartz of the Stolbovoye (Eastern Prisayanie) uranium Deposit. Some of them are E1-centers, which have radiation origin, others are caused by low-temperature conditions of quartz formation. It is noted that their appearance is associated with the specifics of the formation of the Deposit. The obtained results indicate the possibility of applying the EPR method in the study of the conditions of their formation of uranium deposits using finegrained quartz.

METHODS AND TECHNICAL MEANS OF TREATMENT OF FILTERS AND NEAR-FILTER ZONES OF TECHNOLOGICAL WELLS
The productivity of technological wells is determined by the state of filters and near-filter zones. To maintain their performance, it is necessary to process them using both chemical and mechanical methods and techniques. The article describes the technical means implementing combined methods of processing the working part of the production column of technological wells, which constitute the content of the promising direction of repair service in uranium deposits.

PROBLEMS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
The modern oil and gas industry is associated with many negative environmental consequences, and therefore the role in ensuring environmental safety is growing. In the work the authors point to three principal points of view on environmental safety. The main aspects of environmental safety are considered. Regulatory and legal regulation of environmental safety lays the foundation for environmental and legal relations. The conducted studies point to the need to regularly assess the existing legal system at various levels, to assess the environmental policy of major Russian and world oil and gas companies, which will allow for further adjustment of management decisions on which the quality of the natural environment depends. When considering the environmental aspect, attention is paid to the rehabilitation of the natural environment. The authors elaborate on such rehabilitation method as bioremediation and touch upon the issues of ecosystem restoration in the Arctic.

HISTORICAL REVIEW OF THE VIMS’S WORK ON THE STUDY OF HELIUM
Helium was considered an exotic element in prior to the beginning of XX century. The value of light inert gas has been realized in the course of the First World War. The Special Scientific Council on helium in the USSR was created after the Civil War. Specialists VIMS one of the first feasibly represent V.I. Vernadsky’s «helium breathing of the Earth». Since the mid-1950s the institute began investigating the possibilities heliometric method in the search of uranium. The basis of the method were the ideas of the possible concentration of radiogenic helium within the uranium deposits. This hypothesis was not confirmed. In VIMS A.N. Eremeyev organized work on areal helium shooting with drawing maps of various scales of the surface of the field of helium. A previously unknown regularity was discovered — the distribution of elevated concentrations of free helium depends on the deep, including orebearing faults of the Earth’s crust. In 1969, the results of the study of heliogenesis were recorded as a scientific discovery. At present, the heliometric method is widely used in science and technology.
