URANONOSNOSTI’S PROSPECTS OF THE SOUTHERN FRAME EAST SIBERIAN PLATE
The current state of mineral resources of uranium of Russia and possibility of its expansion and improvement is considered. It is shown that one of the most perspective for identification of large-scale endogenous deposits of uranium is the extended zone of the southern frame of the East Siberian plate. With use of the developed earlier evolutionary and geological model of a large-scale uranium rudogenez a number of the concrete areas recommended for carrying out the advancing expected and geological, auditing and search works is allocated.

ABOUT POSSIBLE SOURCES OF ORE SUBSTANCE ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MARININSKOYE TUNGSTEN ORE OCCURRENCE (IRKUTSK REGION)
The possible sources of tungsten are discussed in this work. The proposed material is based by the analysis of new geological data obtained for the specific ore occurrence by search works during the 2012-2014 years. Schematic genetic model of tungsten mineralization not traditionally accepted is offered. The main directions by revising of search tungsten deposits methodology are proposed.

COMPARATIVE CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ORE CHROME SPINEL OF THE KHARCHERUZ BLOCK AND NORTHERN PART OF THE RAY-IZ MASSIF (THE POLAR URALS)
For the first time the representative data on chemical compositions are given for ore chrome spinel of the Kharcheruzsky block and the northern part of the Ray-Iz massif. The difference of their compositions is marked by the higher contents of iron in kharcheruzsky block’s chrome spinel in comparison with spinel of the Ray-Iz massif.

SEPIOLITE CLAYS OF METEGER OCCURRENCE (SAKHA-YAKUTIA REPUBLIC) – A NEW TYPE OF INDUSTRIAL MINERALS IN RUSSIA
New industrial mineral is discovered in Russia. Real composition of sepiolite clay of Meteger occurrence is studied, technological properties are tested. Possibility of using for drilling mud and for vegetable oils cleaning adsorbent materials is determinated. Inferred reserves are estimated.

METASOMATIC QUARTZITES OF THE EAST-UFALEYSKY HIGHBAR ZONE – NEW GEOLOGICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL TYPE OF HIGH-PURE QUARTZ RAW MATERIALS
Results of a geological and technological assessment of nontraditional HPQ (high-pure quarts) raw materials – metasomatic quartzites of the East Ufaleysky highbar zone are presented. Indicators of a chemical composition, a lighttransmission melt properties of the received concentrates are comparable with the normalized parameters of high-pure quartz concentrates of global and domestic producers.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL CLASTER PETROPHYSICAL MODELS OF GEOLOGICAL MEDIUM BASED ON THE GEOPHYSICAL DATA COLLECTED ALONG REFERENCE PROFILES
3D models of specific electrical resistivity and seismic velocities of the Teelin part of the Altai-Sayan folded area are built based on the geophysical data collected along the reference profiles. It is shown that application of the neural network classification based on the Kohonen self-organizing maps enables to construct a 3D claster petrophysical model of the study area. It is found that the geometry of the anomalous zones in the coordinates’ space is determined by seismic velocities (mainly, by Vs) while the rocks properties and lithology are determined from other geophysical data. The locations of the fracture zones attributed to the Shapshalskii and Kurtushibinskii faulted areas as well as partially melted zones are determined.

CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF SEISMIC PROCESS EVOLUTION
The data analysis of the hydrogeodynamic (HGD) monitoring of seismically active regions in Russia, made on the basis of an electromagnetic model of the seismic process evolution, shows that the preparation of a seismic event and its completion have a cosmic-planetary and regional seismic-focus nature. The mechanism of all the natural earthquakes is connected with a fiery-explosive process governed by electromagnetic forces.

X-RAY COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY FOR MORPHOSTRUCTURAL ANALYSIS OF AU-BEARING ORES
Prospects of gold ores, gold, including disperse gold study by non-destructive X-ray (micro) tomography, which today has been actively used among laboratory physical methods. Experimental results and methodology specific features are discussed. The applicability of the method for morphostructural analysis is stated.

GROUNDWATER MONITORING AT NUCLEAR POWER PLANT SITES
The paper deals with problems related to protection of the environment in areas occupied by nuclear power plants. The paper describes the extent of hydrosphere monitoring and guidelines along which monitoring is to be organized. The authors recommend a certain approach toward the planning observation networks and provide description of regime observations, assessment and forecasting subsystems.
