Система региональных инженерно-геологических исследований во всегингео: традиции и перспективы Рассмотрены итоги многолетних разработок ВСЕГИНГЕО в плане реализации проблем региональной инженерной геологии, как одного из базовых направлений деятельности Института. Выявлено, что существующие научно-методические и теоретические разработки ВСЕГИНГЕО являются основой качественного пересмотра стратегии и тактики обоснования техногенных трансформаций геологической среды, обеспечивающего рациональное и эффективное природопользование. Создание новой системы региональных инженерно-геологических исследований разного масштаба, базирующихся на современных ГИС-технологиях, обусловливает принципиально иной уровень обеспечения природной безопасности на всех этапах планирования и осуществления техногенных нагрузок. Рассмотрены особенности создания современной инженерно-геологической карты России масштаба 1:2 500 000 как начального этапа реализации этой системы. A system of regional engineering-geological investigations at VSEGINGEO: traditions, prospects The paper overviews results of the multi-year developments of VSEGINGEO concerning implementation of the problems of regional engineering geology as one of the Institute’s basic activities. It is revealed that the existing scientific-methodical and theoretical developments of VSEGINGEO serve as a basis for qualitative revision of the strategy and tactics of substantiating anthropogenically induced transformations of the geological environment, which provides rational and effective use of natural resources. Creation of a new system of regional engineering-geological investigations on different scales, based on up-to-date GIS-technologies, calls forth a principally different level of providing environmental safety at all the stages of planning and implementation of anthropogenic loads. Described are the specific features of compilation of a modern engineering-geological map of Russia on a scale of 1:2500000 as an initial step in realization of this system. Методические аспекты инженерно-геологических исследований опасных геологических процессов Рассмотрены методические аспекты инженерно-геологических исследований опасных геологических процессов за последнее десятилетие. Отмечено, что фундаментом для современных исследований послужили результаты исследований, методические документы специалистов ВСЕГИНГЕО за прошедшие годы. За последнее десятилетие уточнены и составлены методики: оценки интенсивности и активности проявления опасных экзогенных геологических процессов (ОЭГП); оценки подверженности инженерных объектов воздействия ОЭГП; организации и ведения мониторинга ЭГП на опасных и потенциально опасных участках и объектах; составления прогнозов активизации ОЭГП; оценки опасности воздействия ОЭГП на инженерные объекты; составления карт опасности ЭГП. Methodical aspects of engineering geological investigations of hazardous geological processes The methodical aspects of engineering-geological investigations of hazardous geological processes during the last decade are discussed. It is outlined that the foundations of the current investigations were the research results and methodical documents of specialists from VSEGINGEO obtained during the past years. During the past decade the following methodical documents were more specified and prepared on: – assessment of intensity and activity of hazardous exogenic geological processes (HEGP); – assessment of vulnerability of engineering objects to HEGP impacts; – organization and conducting of EGP monitoring in dangerous and potentially dangerous sites and objects; preparation of predictions of HEGP activization; assessment of a risk of HEGP-impacts upon engineering objects; compilation of maps of EGP hazard. Представлена методика построения совместных моделей подземных и поверхностных вод, дана компьютерная технология построения таких систем. Рассмотрена методика моделирования процессов фильтрации и теплопереноса для построения моделей гидротермальных систем. В качестве примеров представлены системы региональных моделей для условий юго-восточной части Западно-Сибирского артезианского бассейна, для центральной части Новомосковского промрайона. Numerical modeling of geofiltration and geomigration for solving hydrogeological and geoecological tasks The paper describes the technique and results of construction and practical use of mathematical models of natural and anthropogenically produced multi-layer systems. The technique of constructing combined models of ground and surface waters is presented; there is shown the computer-aided technology of constructing such systems. The technique for modeling of filtration and heat-transfer for construction of models of hydrothermal systems is described. As examples there are taken the systems of regional models for the conditions of the south-eastern part of the West-Siberian artesian basin and central part of the Novomoskovsk industrial region. Общее гидрогеологическое районирование России: концепции и реализация При общем районировании гидрогеологических регионов необходимо учесть и определенным образом отобразить на гидрогеологической карте неоднородность условий. Изначальной проблемой считался вопрос объекта районирования – подземных вод или бассейнов. Современные исследования показали, что таким объектом структурно-гидрогеологического районирования является подземная гидросфера в целом, с геоструктурными границами районирования (а не границами геоструктур), соподчиненными гидрогеодинамическим границам подземной гидросферы. General hydrogeological zoning of Russia: concepts and realizations General zoning of hydrogeological regions should take into account and in a certain way reflect heterogeneity of conditions on a hydrogeological map. An initial problem was what to consider an object of zoning – groundwater or basins. The present-day investigations have shown that such an object of structural-hydrogeological zoning is the underground hydrosphere as a whole with geostructural boundaries of zoning (but not boundaries of geostructures), co-subordinated to hydrogeodynamic boundaries of the underground hydrosphere. Формирование зон антропогенных изменений подземной гидросферы артезианских бассейнов Антропогенные процессы существенно изменили состояние подземной гидросферы и естественно-исторические процессы, которые в ней протекают (формирование режима, ресурсов качества подземных вод). Они изменили конфигурацию и пространственные границы артезианских бассейнов, создали внутри «природных» артезианских бассейнов уникальные, отличные от свойств окружения зоны. Анализируя указанные изменения, автор высказывает соображения о целесообразности внесения для таких территорий поправок и коррективов в подходы по изучению ресурсов, качества и режима, организацию и ведение мониторинга подземных вод, в применяемые при оценке ресурсов и запасов подземных вод аналоговые и математические модели и модели-прогнозы. Formation of anthropogenically changed zones in the underground hydrosphere of artesian basins Anthropogenic processes have considerably changed the state of the underground hydrosphere and natural and historical processes that occur within it (i.e. formation of groundwater regime and quality). They changed the configuration and spatial boundaries of artesian basins, created inside the «natural» artesian basins the unique zones differing by properties from the surrounding ones. Analyzing the above-mentioned changes, the author states his considerations on reasonability to introduce for such zones amendments and corrections into the approaches to studying resources, quality and regime of groundwater, organization and conducting of its monitoring, as well as into analogue and mathematical models and models-predictions, used for evaluation of groundwater resources and reserves. (ИПНГ РАН) Использование космических снимков при составлении разномасштабных карт геокриологического содержания В статье рассматриваются особенности дешифрирования материалов космической съемки (видимого диапазона длин волн) при геокриологическом картографировании по методике, разработанной в институте ВСЕГИНГЕО, а также методика использования теплового диапазона (дальняя инфракрасная область спектра) многоканальных спектрозональных КС, разработанная в институте ИПНГ РАН. Совместные исследования авторов на хорошо изученных в геокриологическом отношении участках п-ова Ямал (Марре-Сале и Бованенковское ГКМ) свидетельствует о высокой перспективности использования спектрозональных космофотоматериалов как для фонового, так и для объектного мониторинга труднодоступных районов криолитозоны. The use of cosmic images in compiling different-scaled maps of geocryological content The paper discusses the specific features of decoding of the cosmic survey data (visible range of wave lengths) while geocryological mapping by the technique developed at VSEGINGEO, as well as by the method of using a thermal range (far-distance infrared part of the spectrum) of multi-channel spectrozonal CS developed at IPNG RAS. Results of the joint investigations of the authors in the geocryologically well-studied areas of Yamal Peninsula (Marre-Sale and Bovenkovo GCM) give evidences on high prospects of using spectrozonal cosmic images both for background and object monitoring of difficultly accessible areas in the permafrost zone. (Институт карстоведения и спелеологии) О хозяйственно-питьевом водоснабжении населения за счет подземных вод Воды в водоемах Оренбургской области повсеместно загрязнены. Использование питьевых вод низкого качества негативно сказывается на социально-экономическом развитии региона и осложняет без того непростую демографическую ситуацию. Необходимо полностью перевести хозяйственно-питьевое водоснабжение населения на подземные источники, отличающиеся от поверхностных более высоким качеством. Учитывая наличие большого числа искусственных водоемов (1758 в Оренбургской области), рекомендуется совмещать создание водохранилищ с магазинированием подземных вод. On domestic and drinking water supply of population from groundwater Waters in the water bodies of Orenburg Region are everywhere polluted. Use of the low-quality drinking water adversely influences the social and economic development of this region complicates the demographic situation that is already not simple presently. It is necessary to provide the domestic and drinking water supply of population completely from the groundwater sources differing by a higher quality from the surface ones. Taking into account for a great number of artificial water bodies (1758 bodies in Orenburg Region), it is recommended to combine creation of water storage reservoirs with groundwater storing.
