TYPOMORPHOUS FEATURES OF PYRITES AND PYRRHOTITES OF MAGMATOGENIC AND TERRIGENOUS-SEDIMENTARY COMPLEXES OF THE SOUTHERN SLOPE OF THE GREAT CAUCASUS AND THEIR SEARCH VALUES (AZERBAIJAN)

The article deals with the typomorphic features of pyrites and pyrrhotites from various types of sedimentary and igneous rocks, as well as wallrockmetasomatites, which are the main sulfide minerals of pyrite-polymetallic and copperpyrrhotite ores, and minerals-concentrators of a number of ore and rare elements. Various morphological features of pyrite and pyrrhotite crystals participating in the composition of ores and ore-bearing rocks have been defined. Microscopic studies of these minerals were carried put, the nature of the spatial relationships of various pyrite- and pyrrhotite-containing mineral associations was studied, and typomorphic features of these minerals were revealed. It has been defined that these iron sulfides are minerals-concentrators of a number of ore and rare elements. It is proposed to use the identified typomorphic features of pyrite and pyrrhotite as indicators of ore formation, which may be more effective in the search for combined-type of sulfide deposits in terrigenous thickness.

Keywords: terrigenous thickness, morphology, pyrite-polymetallic copper-pyrrhotite, pyrite, pyrrhotite, microelements.

OIL AND GAS POTENTIAL FORECAST OF THE PREJURASSIC COMPLEX OF THE EAST-PAIDUGIN DEPRESSION USING GEOTHERMAL DATA (TOMSK REGION)

Previously the generation sources of the generation density of Togur oil for the study area was carried out based on digital paleotemperature reconstructions. In the present work the East-Paidugin depression zoning into zones of maximum and high prospects of weathering crust and Paleozoic reservoirs has been carried out. The zoning was performed on the basis of three digital parameters integration namely the weight coefficient of the reservoir formation potential by various petrotypes of basement rocks, the generation density of Togur oil, and the thickness of the weathering crust. The first sign of importance in zoning the territory and ranking sites according to the density of primary oil accumulation is the weight coefficient of the basement petrotype potential, the second is the generation density of Togur oil, and the third is the thickness of the weathering crust. Forecast zones of maximum and high prospects are recommended to be taken into account when planning oil prospecting in the section of the weathering crust and Paleozoic sections in the northeastern lands of the unallocated subsoil fund of the Tomsk region.

Keywords: paleotemperature reconstructions, weathering crust and Paleozoic reservoirs, digital zoning and ranking, recommendations for oil prospecting, northeast of Tomsk region.

MONITORING OF SPATIO-TEMPORAL CHANGES IN THE MATERIAL COMPOSITION OF BOTTOM SEDIMENTS DURING HYDROGEOCHEMICAL MINERAL PROSPECTING

In various regions of Asia the analysis of the given researches of chemical and mineral composition of river sediments and waters is carried out from 1998 till 2022. Interrelations between hydrological and geochemical parameters are revealed. It is shown that the basic laws of change of mineral composition of sediments are connected to increase of a share of quartz from sources to mouths of the rivers in the extent more than 11–20 kms at decrease in the contribution of minerals with a parameter of hypergenic stability less than 1,26–1,27, and sites with characteristic mineral structure of sediments are located below on current from sites with conditionally homogeneous chemical composition of river waters (displacement of borders up to 100 kms). Search criteria of detection of geochemical anomalies in superficial water objects — probability of overlapping of a river network with tectonic infringements and a parity of the common area of a basin and its part without expressed channel net are offered to a network.

EXPERIENCE IN USING CRYOLITES IN CONSTRUCTING AND REPAIRING PROCESS WELLS FOR UNDERGROUND URANIUM LEACHING IN MULTI-YEAR PERMAFROST ROCKS

The efficiency of mining productive deposits directly depends on the duration of technological wells being in working condition, which, first of all, is determined by the integrity of the surface and the tightness of the threaded connections of polymer casing pipes of production columns, as the main elements of the method of borehole underground leaching of uranium. However, during the construction and operation of technological wells in the cryolithozone, under the influence of a number of external factors characterizing the difficult working conditions of the columns, mechanical disturbances occur associated with the depressurization of threaded connections of casing pipes, which is accompanied by leakage (loss) both working and productive solutions. In order to eliminate violations and eliminate losses of working and productive solutions, it is proposed to use a method, the technology of implementation of which involves the use as a repair viscoelastic material — cryolite, a recipe for the preparation of which.

Keywords: technological well, tightness, threaded connection, polymer casing pipes, repair work, cryolite, cryolith zone.

ABOUT THE PROSPECTS OF OIL AND GAS ZVERINOGOLOVSKY DISTRICT OF KURGAN REGION

To date, the issue of the prospects of the oil and gas potential of the Kurgan region has not yet been resolved. Someone claims that the bowels of the Kurgan Trans-Urals are unpromising, while not giving concrete convincing evidence, while others, on the contrary, are convinced that the bowels of the region, even if small, contain hydrocarbon deposits, but for their discovery it is necessary to clearly justify the directions of exploration, while focusing on Paleozoic deposits. In this article, the Zverinogolovsky district of the Kurgan region is considered to discuss the prospects of oil and gas potential. The materials of recorded natural oil and gas occurrences, information about the Zverinogolovskoye gas field, the results of drilling and testing of the 1-K core well, as well as Divankul Nos. 4, 5 and 6 are presented.

Keywords: Kurgan region, Zverinogolovsky district, oil and gas leakage Alabuga River, gas field, oil and gas potential, Divankul wells.

COMMON MINERALS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TATARSTAN — MANAGEMENT AND USE ISSUES

The history of the formation of the republican geological survey and its contribution to the development of the mineral resource base of Tatarstan is considered. SWOT — analysis of the state and use of the republican mineral resource base of common minerals showed that their presence is a strong side of the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, but there are also weaknesses: uneven placement of deposits; small reserves of most of them; low quality of raw materials; there is unlicensed mining. A number of objects have lost their industrial significance and it is necessary to carry out their inventory. Every year, as a result of auctions and the payment of tax on the extraction of minerals by mining enterprises, significant financial resources are received by the budget of the republic. To increase the volume and expand the range of products based on common minerals will allow the use of innovative technologies for their processing. A single vector for the development of subsoil legislation in the republic is the law “On regulation of certain issues in the field of subsoil use in the Republic of Tatarstan”, adopted in 2022.

SOME TYPICAL MISTAKES IN GEOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION PERFORMED BY GGIS (MINING AND GEOLOGICAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS)

The use of GIS in the daily work of a geologist is no longer an innovation, but on the contrary, it has become an integral part of it. However, the use of this complex tool carries both obvious and not quite obvious difficulties that can lead to critical mistakes with insufficient control, and which are not always evaluated sufficiently by users and managers.

Keywords: GGIS, interpretation, structural geology, 3D modeling.
