place in the world in tantalum commercial reserves, and the second in niobium and rare earth elements. Ore deposits of complex of niobium, tantalum and rare earth elements (REE) are most important. One of such deposits \u2014 Lovozero is being developed. The most promising for commercial development are Katuginskioe and Beloziminskoe ore deposits; and Zashihinskoe, Tomtorskoe and Chuktukonskoe measured deposits. There are Zashihinskoe and Katuginskoe in distribution fund,that preparing for their development. Listed rare metal objects Russia can serve as a reliable long-term feedstock supplies for innovative development of national economy. The expediency of the forthcoming putting into operation of the deposit was shown. In the world practice the deposit is a new geological-and-industrial type \u2014 deluvialand-lake-bed xenotime-monazite-pyrochlore placer in chemogenic-alumophosphate sedimentations that was formed as the result of washout of carbonatites weathering crust and enriched by epigenetic concentrations of the elements-hydrolysaters that were layed from the ground-stratal water in the sphere of the acid-alkaline geochemical barrier.
