Gold-silver mineralization was studied in ore occurrence for the first time. The range of silver minerals is represented by Ag-Sb-S \u2014 Ag-As-S \u2014 Ag-S bearing minerals; Au \u2014 native gold. The correlation of the noble metal mineralization and polymetallic associations was showed in general scheme of ore deposition chain. Mineralogical composition of ore occurrence was compared with ores of the neighboring deposit Maiminovskoe studied by article\u2019s authors earlier. Determined, that the mineral paragenesis, characterized for Au-Ag deposits with volcanogenic belt Pacific. Occurrence of Au-Ag paragenesis in polymetallic ores in the Dalnegorsk ore region deserves close attention from genetic point of view. Method of calculation of prognostic resources on the basis of geochemical data uses the same parameters as calculation of commercial reserves, namely: commercial grade, ore block volume, and ore-bearing factor. In original exploration data the above categories are difficult to define due to low number of ore samples and low metal concentrations.
