Lead and zinc deposits as well as potentially industrial ore occurrences of iron, tin, tungsten, molybdenum, niobium and rare-earth elements, and magnesite are explored. These minerals formed mainly during the consedimentational and collisional epochs of the Riphean-Paleozoic tectonic-magmatic cycle. region<\/span> \nIn this article conditions of formation, lithological structural and mineralogical geochemistry characteristic features of ore-bearing horizons in the sections of Early Carboniferous black-shale complexes are studied in the example of deposits of Kirovsko-Kamenskij ore field. These ore-bearing horizons are localized in rift graben in the South Ural province. The formation of these horizons is connected with local depressions which are filled up with landsliding gravitational mixtite carbonaceous sediments and products of submarine hydrothermal activity. The group of indications of gold-bearing horizons is selected. These indications can be used by prospecting black-shale deposits in the South Ural. Caucasus<\/span> \nThe paper deals with geochemical peculiarities of the distribution of gold and silver in texture-mineralogical and commercial-technological types of ores and main sulfide minerals in pyritaceous deposits in the South slope of the Greater Caucasus. It has been determined that relatively high concentrations of gold and silver are related to pyritaceous-polymetallic ores, where these metals associate with a group of chalcophile elements and are closely linked with antimonial and arsenical mineralization. There has been determined geochemical zonality in the distribution of Au, Ag and Ag\/Au. Pyrite is the main mineral-carrier of gold in the investigated ores and galenite and pyrite are the main carriers of silver. There have been also discussed issues of gold-silver mineralization source in the deposits of pyrite in the region. Based on numerical modeling, the present paper illustrates how forming of weak basement zones (linear source zones of high permeability determining localization of tectonic-magmatic processes) depends on current strains in the region. The paper pioneers the estimates and interrelation of geodynamic factors interpreting mechanisms of formation of deformed structures in the region. These factors also reflect peculiarities of tectonic evolution of the NE Baltic Shield. The major features is inherited properties of geodynamic activity in the region in the Early Precambrian. mineralogical researches in alluvial adjournment of a modern hydro network, in middling deep chinks are found out cinnabar, brassily, cellular, barite, galena, copper pyrite, native lead and zinc. In joints with brassily are observed copper pyrite, galena, barite, quartz and magnetite. The similar complex of minerals is characteristic for hydrothermal lowtemperaturen deposits. Auras of dispersion of cinnabar and accompanying mineralization are dated for sites of the tectonic pressure supervised by deep breaks, and coincide in the plan with the areas of oil and gas structures, delimit them. Conditions of accumulation of cinnabar on a parity of breeds of collectors and screens, in any structural traps are close to concentration to conditions of accumulation of oil. Wide development of a mercury mineralization on the distribution areas oil-and-gas bearing speaks about uniform or close conditions of their localizations. Until the present time its petroleum potential is not clear. A large washout of the Riphean stratum upper part has been identified on seismic survey data and the data of organic matter pyrolis by Rock-Eval way. However the plots of intensive downwarping of Riphean deposits are poorly washed out and they were capable to generate hydrocarbons during Paleozoic stratum accumulation. Two hydrocarbon systems are established in the sedimentary cover of the Mezen syneclise: Early-Middle Riphean and Late Riphean-Early Vendian. The first one was fully destroyed by the before-Vendian washout, and the second system preserved up to date. Two districts of developing the forecast zones of oil-gas accumulation (Archangelsk-Pinega and Mezen-Vashkinskaya) are established in it. The comparison of the data obtained with the results of the NMR-investigation of the zeolite exchangeable water molecules has allowed us to offer various models of the hydrated iron ion localizations in the microcavities of the mineral. It is supposed that similar models can be also employed for other exchangeable cations in the zeolite structure. (starting) one time payments for exploration and development of the subsoil mineral resources\u00bb, issued by the order of Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, with changes and additions effective from 14.05.2009. Recommendations are applicable to the subsoil lots containing stocks and foreseeable reserves of mineral resources. Starting one time payment is defined by using a method of an express estimation. This method is using the limited number of indicators, and taking into account the degree of geological exploration and geography and economic conditions of a subsoil site.
