\nThe Svetlojar Lake received wide reputation because of the legend about \u00abinvisible the Kitezhe city\u00bb, already more than 100 years attracts attention of scientist-naturalists. Lake has correct oval form and anomalously large depth 33,4 m, with the diameter of 350-400 m. From the south the lake is surrounded by the semiring hills, which approach to the water. Different hypotheses of its formation Svetlojar lake were expressed; however, none of the hypotheses could explain all components of the structure of lake, and its surrounding territory. The conducted investigations made it possible to prove the impact origin of the basin of Svetlojar lake light-steep bank, and to diagnose it as the \u00abyoung\u00bb (Holocene) meteorite crater. \nIn the given article the main stages of establishing and tectonic transformation of ancient uranium-bearing structures of Cisbaikalia are characterized. The relationship between metallogeny of uranium of the North Baikal region and structural reconversion of the continental crust of the South of Siberia is proved. Recommendations are given on perfection of scientific basis of prognoses and prospecting of uranium deposits within the boundaries of Akitkan mining area. \nTo the problem of rhenium resources expansion in Russian Federation<\/span>
\nIn the Russian Federation one of the possible perspective ore-formational types of rhenium mineralization are the infiltrational deposits of uranium with rhenium in paleofluvial systems including Zauralsky uranium-ore region where rhenium can be extracted together with uranium by the bore hole underground leaching. The numerical near surface uranium deposits in paleochannels are known within the Southern and the Middle Urals. Their study for rhenium can also favour the expansion of rhenium resources. \nProspects of exploitation and expansion of mineral-raw material base of natural pigments in the Southern Federal District<\/span>
\nNatural mineral pigments are widely used in manufacture of laquered products, automobile industry, indifferent branches of building industry. In the Southern Federal District there exists a real possibility of producing and exploitation of mineral-raw material base of natural pigments which may be required in conditions of intensification of construction works in the south of Russia especially in connection with construction of Olympic objects in Sochi sites. The most real object for getting license at present is Malkinskoye deposit of hematite ores in Kabardino-Balkarskaya Republic. The number of perspective objects for industrial exploitation (such as Abadzekhskoe, Ayutinskoye, Baskunchakskoye deposits, Gorodishcenskoye, Tamanskoye manifestations) requires further geological studying at the expense of federal budget as investment put in. \nExperimental estimation of informativity of geological engineering investigations<\/span>
\nThe informativity of the drilling methods and static sounding is investigated according to the results of experimental-industrial performance. The correlation was being done of the natural ground density, depending on the method of the monolith\u2019s sampling and also were compared the mechanical ground characteristics, which were obtained from drilling and sounding methods data. Besides that, the locating accuracy of the contacts of the ground layers depths was determined during the process of drilling and sounding. The analysis of the obtained data proves that the static sounding does not concede drilling methods as far as informativity is concerned, and also exceeds them in certain aspects. \nTypification of the ash-slag withdrawals of the Krasnoyarskiy Kray<\/span>
\nAsh-slag withdrawals from the ash disposals of Krasnoyarskiy Kray are studied. In the work it is examined: the chemical, mineral and element composition of ash-slag withdrawals. Is for the first time executed the typification of ash withdrawals considering the special features of their physical composition as the potential source of environmental pollution. The associations of the geochemical elements of the capable of soiling environment are isolated.
