three blocks of the Siberian platform such as south-east part of Anabar shield, Nechora uplift of the Baikal-Patom folded region and western part of Charo-Olekma block of the Aldan shield are presented. Only in the Charo-Olekma block Proterozoic granitization as well as following processes of rift genesis and magmatic activization occurred in geological settings of the continental potassic crust formed in the preceding period. Within the boundaries of Nechera uplift the Proterozoic era is responded to the period of potassic granitization. At the same period within the boundaries of the Anabar shield only completion of forming of the immature continental protocrust occurred. In the early stages of the establishing of the earth crust the manifestations of economic uranium mineralization had not been formed. But the formation of high productivity unique uranium deposits in the largest uranium-bearing provinces of the world occurred in the geological settings of highly mature continental crust. The results of carried out collation research allowed us to estimate the Charo-Olekma block as more perspective for localization of exposures of economic uranium mineralization. That is why it is necessary to have the maps of the level of underground waters and the maps of the module of the vertical filtration to describe the hydro geological conditions of the object. The knowledge of the module of the vertical filtration allows to appreciate the filtration parameters of geological section, to make the correction of parameters more precisely and to raise the exactness of mathematical model. This method was used in the model and appreciation of the exploitation reserve of mineral waters of Kislovodsk deposit. It was found that the chemical and mechanical properties of the ores are suitable to extract uranium using heap leaching. Uranium extraction main parameters were determined and a pattern of processing was offered. The processing technique consists of metallurgical extraction and sorption. As a result uranium concentrate (75 % U3O8), ThO2 and rare-metal concentrate can be obtained. system of scientific-and technical information (Geology SASSTI) is the data bank represented by bibliographical descriptions of both scientific publications and unpublished articles together with their summaries, and search profiles of documents automatically compiled on the basis of syntactic and morphological analysis of texts, which allow users to find the necessary information. The data bank includes about 1200 000 descriptions of documents in the sphere of the Earth sciences for years 1990-2007. Data on the qualitative distribution of information on generic geological topics and document languages is also given. Prospects of further development of Geology SASSTI can be seen in the data bank updates as a part of efforts on creating the electronic geological knowledge base engaging specialized scientific-and research organizations.
